Waist — straight across the top of the waistband, relaxed, not stretched. This is the flat width, so double it for the full circumference.
Hip — straight across, 7" below the top of the waistband.
Front rise — from the top of the waistband down to the crotch seam.
Inseam — from the crotch seam down the inside of the leg to the bottom.
Leg opening — straight across the bottom of the leg, relaxed.
