Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! At Stally, we believe that online shopping for your favorite clothing and accessories should be simple, clear, and easy to process. Whether you are ordering one or ten pieces, it ships free.

My order says delivered but I have not received it, what should I do?

The shipping carrier is responsible for the delivery of the package. In the event you are unable to locate the package posted 'in-transit' or 'delivered' we recommend contacting your selected carrier.

Do I have to pay customs & duties on international orders?

Yes, international orders may be subject to additional customs and duties fees once they arrive in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are not collected or paid by Stally LLC. As the customer, you are responsible for any additional fees required for delivery. We recommend checking with your country's customs office for more information on potential charges.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If your item has not been shipped, you may email us at stally@stallybrand.com to correct the shipping address. If your item has already been shipped, we are unable to correct the shipping address. Stally LLC will not be held liable for any shipping address discrepancies including lost, stolen, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments.

What happens if my delivery fails?

If your order is returned to our facility by USPS due to any address discrepancies, you will be completely refunded.

How long does shipping take?

All products will be shipped as soon as possible. We will notify you when the gear is on its way.

I received a defective or wrong product. What should I do?

We apologize for the mix-up and want to ensure you get the right item as quickly as possible! Send us an email at stally@stallybrand.com to notify us of the issue within 7 days of your delivery. Please include your order number, name, and email used on the order. Specify the issue including the original product ordered as well as the actual product you received (style/design, color, and size). Please attach a picture of the product(s) showing the mishap.
