Affiliate Program Terms

These terms cover the STALLY Affiliate Program (our STALLY Ambassadors), run by Stally LLC ("STALLY", "we", "us") on UpPromote, a third-party app. By joining, you agree to these terms and to our Terms of Service.

1. Joining

  • Apply at affiliates.stallybrand.com/register. You can apply from any country if you're at least 18. If you're under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you.
  • We review every application and may decline any of them. One account per person.
  • Approved affiliates receive STALLY gear to wear and post. Free product, tiers and our core creator group are at STALLY's discretion and can change at any time.

2. How you earn

  • You get a personal link and code. Shoppers who use them get 15% off at checkout.
  • You earn 12% commission on each order you refer, or 15% on a single order of $1,000 or more.
  • Commission is on the products in the order. Tax, shipping and tips don't count.
  • An order counts if the shopper buys within 30 days of clicking your link, or uses your code.
  • We review each referral before approving its commission. If an order is cancelled, returned or refunded, its commission is removed.
  • Commission isn't paid on your own orders. Approved affiliates get a personal code for 20% off their own orders instead.

3. Getting paid

  • PayPal payouts run automatically every 14 days. Venmo is also available.
  • If you're under 18, we pay your commission to the parent or guardian who agreed to these terms.
  • You're responsible for taxes on what you earn. We may ask U.S. affiliates for a W-9 before paying.

4. Team rules

  1. First tagged post within 14 days of receiving your products.
  2. Follow the creator brief on campaigns.
  3. Tag @stallybrand #ad #StallyAmbassador.
  4. Go quiet 30 days after a reminder = removed.

5. Tell your audience you're paid

Every post must include #ad or "STALLY affiliate" or "STALLY ambassador." Federal Trade Commission rules require you to say clearly that you get free product or commission from STALLY whenever you post about us. Put it in the post, caption or video itself, where people see it before they click, not only in your bio. Only say what's true about our products, and don't make claims we don't make.

6. What's not allowed

  • Buying through your own link or code to earn commission.
  • Posting your link or code on coupon or deal sites.
  • Sharing the ad-only code.
  • Running paid search ads on the STALLY name without our written OK.
  • Spam, fake reviews or misleading claims.
  • Presenting yourself as STALLY or as speaking for STALLY.

Content tied to STALLY should reflect the brand's faith-driven values. STALLY can remove any affiliate whose content or public conduct conflicts with them.

We may withhold commission on orders that break these rules and remove the account.

7. Videos for ads

When you send us a raw video to use as an ad, STALLY can run it in ads and on our social channels with no time limit. Compensation for each video is set by STALLY based on the ad's production and confirmed with you before it runs.

8. Our name and logo

You may use the photos and logos we give you to promote STALLY. Don't alter them, and stop using them when you leave the program or when we ask. STALLY™ and the STALLY logo are trademarks of Stally LLC; registration with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office is pending.

9. Changes and ending

We may change these terms. We'll email you 14 days before any change to commission rates takes effect, and commission you've already earned is always paid. Either side can end your participation at any time.

10. Relationship

You're an independent promoter, not STALLY's employee, agent or partner.
